Step 1 – Assess
All sessions start by looking at your current state, this includes a full postural and muscle balance assessment, a previous/current injury screening and a review of your current position to include a discussion about any issues the position is causing
Step 2 – Initial adjustment
We start the adaptation process by ensuring cleat position is optimal, we then look at the ‘quick wins’ that will get you into the range of optimal position, this includes changes to stem length, seat position/height and handlebar shape/width
Step 4 – Fine tuning
Once you are within the optimal range we then spend time on micro adjustment to get the position perfect for YOU, this is where we work in partnership with you to tweak the adjustments across all areas
Step 5 – Final assessment
One final check on your position in comparison with the start point, this is where you will be able to see how much of a difference we have made (if you are unable to feel that difference)
Step 6 – Aftercare/refit
It is over to you! You will be provided with stretches and exercises to help balance your body and to make the most of your new position, we also offer a ‘refit’ at the 4 week point if you are not 100% happy with the new position
