With the popularity of online cycle retailers and new bike companies doing direct to customer sales having your bike delivered is a far more common method of receiving a new bike.

That doesn’t come without it’s own challenges – like ‘how the hell do I build this thing’!

If you have ever thought that assembling some Ikea furniture is a challenge then consider what it is like to assemble a bike.

We aren’t saying that an individual with some practical knowledge cant do the job – more that it is far easier, faster and ultimately safer to have an expert with all of the correct tools do it for you!

Step 1 – Choose Service

Choose the correct service from the list below, for any questions or if you need clarification please email michael@bikedr.co.uk or call 07810874756

Step 2 – Pay Securely and Receive Instruction

Once payment has been received we will send you an email with details of either where to drop off your pre-packed bike OR where to arrange for the retailer/seller to send it to.

Step 3 – Deliver Bike

Either drop off your bike to us or have it delivered by your retailer/seller

Step 4 – Relax

We will aim to have your bike processed and built for you within 48 hours – if we need to return or deal with any issues we will keep you informed and will deal with all of the issues at this end.

Step 5 – Collect and Enjoy New Bike Day 🙂

Once the bike is ready we will invite you to collect it and go through all the final setup steps with you.

Then it is time for you to go and enjoy your new bike!

Step 6 – Free Service After 2 Months

Once things have bedded in and settled, bring the bike back and we will give it a good tune up for you to keep it in perfect working condition.
